How do I COPY data from one FIELD to another?

I have a credit card authorization form, where the customer has to complete. There name for example has to be entered in multiple places. How can I get them to enter there name in one field, and then be auto copied to another desired field, so that they do not have to repeat their typing of it?

In Acrobat for a text field you just give them the same name.
