I have made a PDF package of several emails including attachments. One attachment is a zip file, which I cannot open from inside the package.

could you please help me in how to find a way to open zip attachments in PDF package???

please need the solution as soon as possible

The parameter fixing is to be done through Windows Registry modification.

Make sure the registry modification is done with full knowledge and responsibility for the modification. Suggest the modification to be carried out by authorised personnel only.

Open the Windows Registry with start > run > regedit commandGo to the location

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\8.0\FeatureLockDown\cDefaultLaunchAttachmentPerms

Edit the string "tBuiltInPermList" by double clicking on it.

Under the "Value data" you will find " .zip:3| " Change this to " .zip:1| ".

This setting will enable you to open the .zip files attached to the .pdf files.
