I've created an employment contract as a fillable form and I'd like the applicants name to appear in multiple places throughout the contract after they fill their name in the first field. Is there a way to get that to happen.

If you've created the form fields in Acrobat, as opposed to LiveCycle Designer, just give each field the same name.

The form in question was created in LiveCycle Designer. Is there a solution there? When I open the form for edit, it opens in Designer, not acrobat.

If you set the data binding for the fields to Global, they should behave as you want. There is also a dedicated Designer forum here.
