How the heck do you change the %*&&*$ font size in FORMS?

I fill out the form and the font changes to fit on one line to completely fill the line. Different number of character inputs leads to a different font size on each line. How do I make the font size stay the same for the whole form. I have looked through help and used the advanced touchup text tool and cannot figure it out.
I know this is stupid.
Sorry

You will need to change the font size through the text field properties dialog box.

You will find the option to change the size on the Appearance tab in the Properties dialog box. The default Font Size is Auto which is why the size changes based on the number of characters you enter.
