I am designing a registration site for a customer, he wants to add a pdf contract for the customer to fill out and then email. How many times can the original pdf be filled and used? What do I have to do to enable more users? Is there a server version of Acrobat that solves the issue?

That depends upon how you 'distribute' the form. If you use the 'submit' to a web server script page and have the web server fill in the form that is emailed, there is no restriction. If the use saves the form (a distributed form) then using the Extended Reader Rights applied by Acrobat 8 Professional+ or Acrobat 9 Standard+, then there is a 500 copy limit and you then need to a LiveCycle ES server product.
