Hi there,
 
I have an Excel sheet with multiple checkboxs (as ActiveX controls) and would like to convert it to a PDF form. I'm using Acrobat Pro X.
 
Even though checkboxes are captioned properly, the conversion process fails to recognize them as checkboxes.
 
Please advise,

If you're talking about using the Form Wizard, try making the check boxes larger. You may need to use a character from a font such as wingdings for the check box appearance.
