I need a perl-written CGI-Script that sends the FDF-Data as attachment. Does anyone have one that is a plug-play?

Have you looked at the FDF Toolkit? It has examples in Perl for creating FDF files. However, sending an email with an attachment is a different thing, this is a server task. You'll have to ask on a Perl forum, or look over your server documentation to figure this one out.
