Info deleted

I am using Acrobat 8 Pro. I've created a form that I want to fill in and then save each time with a new file name for record keeping. After I save the file with information filled in, and then re-open the file, I can see the info for about 1 second, but then it is deleted. I can't find a reason for this. How can I stop it from deleted the info?

Hi ccarter06,

Check to see if you have a JavaScript in your form that resets the fields on open.
Open the Pages tab, right click on the page, choose Page Properties and see if Reset Form under the Actions tab is active- if it is delete it.
