Information changes depending on who opens the file

There is a form that is an application provided on the Internet to be filled out.
One person fills out the form and saves it and emails it to the group. Depending on who opens the file, the information changes from how it was originally filled out.

Does anyone know why this happens and how we can keep it from happening in the future?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.4, Windows

You're going to have to provide more information. Exactly what changes and how is it different? Can you provide a sample?

This is a link to the form on the Internet.

When we input information into the fields, the information changes after it is emailed and sent to another person.

Once that person opens the file, different information is displayed.

For example. In middle of the form, under Load Information, the "Other Motors" Row, the HP Column, my engineer input the information of (3)x75hp. But when he sent the file to me, the information that was displayed was 225, in this field. He also sent this file to another engineer and his showed (3)x75hp. So his was correct, but then we sent this to the client and when he opened it, his showed 225, which was wrong. I am working with the full version and I think the engineers might only have reader.

That's odd. There is no scripting in the form that I can see that would cause that. In your example, 3 times 75 equals 225, but I don't know how it could be calculating that. I'll play around a bit more and post again if I find anything.
