Is it possible to insert a page that is within pages already created and not at the bottom of last page created?

Yes, but you'll have to provide more explaination for a better answer. Is this for your manual form creation process? or during runtime? Explain exactly the steps you want to perform.

It is for when I am creating a form. I have a form I have already created and need to add a page above it. Thank you.

You can go to the first page and then from the menu bar select "Document => Insert Pages...". The insert pop-up window will provide you with a number of options, select the "Before" and the page number of "1".If you do not get the page where you want it, you can use the pages navigation tab to move the page.

My forms are in LiveCycle and I don't see "Document" on the toolbar. I do have "Document" in Adobe Acrobat though. I'm not feeling the love from LiveCycle anymore! Thanks.

Open the Hierarchy window in LiveCycle Designer. Right click on the top node and select "New Page".

The new page appears at the end of the list. Use the mouse to select and move the page to the postion you want it in.
