Interactive Form missing info for one user

I've created an interactive pdf in Acrobat 9 and enabled it for Reader. I have had no problem with most users filling out the form, submitting and returning it to me. I have one user who says that when they open the form they are unable to use the radial buttons and the drop-down questions contain no data. The user says that they are using Acrobat Reader 9 to open the form. What could be different for this one user? Since the form works properly for others, is it something specific to their settings or PC?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

Are you sure they're using Reader 9 and not an earlier or 3rd party version? It may be a display issue - are there any changes if they uncheck "2D graphics acceleration" under Page Display category of the Preferences?

Thanks lkassuba-
They are using Reader 9, but I suggested that the user try the form on a different PC and it worked OK from there. They didn't want to do more troubleshooting since they had a solution, but I'm inclined to think it must be a display issue.
