How do I make in Interactive Form that after someone fills out the fields and saves it from Reader the answers are locked so the next person who receives the pdf cannot make changes to it.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.1.1, Windows

I believe that person would just have to save the form in reader (in the printer options) as a different name. If you are using signatures, there is a place in LifeCycle that locks the form fields afer the signature is applied to the form/ application.

The signature popup also has a box to check that will allow the user to lock the document in Acrobat.
