Is there any way to remove the Submit button from the purple title bar? I don't want users to email me the completed form, but rather save, print and fax it. The form contains confidential information. I don't want to insert a dummy Submit button into the form. Thanks!

That should only appear if you've distributed the form. If you want Reader users to be able to save, just Reader-enable it instead (File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features) and send it out. You'll have to use a copy of the form as it existed before you distributed it.
