Is there a way to use bookmarks or some other tool to jump link to a particular page of a document. If the doc. is 300 can I link to page 10 of that doc.?

Yes. That's exactly what bookmarks do. Navigate to the page you need, create the bookmark and you are done.
You can also use the Link tool (Tools: Advanced Editing : Link tool. Highlight the region you want for the trigger, navigate to the page you want to jump to and you are done.
