Lines under text in text box

I have a document created in MsWord formatted with lines that will be under text. The lines are currently set up at 1.5 line spacing. When I covert to PDF and set up a text box around the lines, I select "multi line" but when I type in text it appears it is set at single line spacing in adobe rather than 1.5. Is there a way to correct this or another way to create a text box that when I type in text in the adobe document it is underlined?

There isn't a way to add underlines automatically to a form text field in Acrobat. You can make the form field set to allow Rich Text Formatting, which will allow recipients to underline the text after entering it. You can; however, do this with a text field created in LiveCycle Designer.
