Linking text fields

I have two text fields on a form that have the identical properties. Is there a way to link these two fields so that when something is typed in one, it also populates the other?

Yes. Just provide the same identical name for your fields. When fields use the same name, typing in one field populates all other fields wiith the same name.

Note, that you can simply copy/paste a field to retain field attributes including the field names.
