I'm trying to use a list box that will have multiple rows selected/shown (though this happens even when just one row shows) and even though all of the color options are set to white and/or no color, there is one row that is a blue color. It is not the highlight color, that can be turned off as it should be. I thought I found the solution in prefs under forms, but none of those options changed a thing.

I saw a few questions posted a few years ago here, but none were answered. This can't be a unique problem, but so far I have not been able to find the solution, and I really need one. Having this blue bar defeats the purpose of making a nice looking document that we intend to print out.

I'm using Acrobat Pro 9.0 on a Mac FWIW.

I'm amazed there is no solution.

If you have the software and can find your packaging (I couldn't find mine) you can get support from the help line. The person I spoke to after waiting an hour and a half said that she had heard the question and there was a solution, but wasn't allowed to give it to me. I'm about at the stage of my project I am going to have to just have them there, the client for some reason doesn't mind them, but I really do.

If anyone has a solution, please, please post it!

You could place the selected items in a multiline text field that prints and have the list box as a non-print field.

Thanks, however not all of the items would be chosen each time. Unless you are suggesting there's a way to have the box be used to select them if needed and then have them appear in a multiline field?
