I am using Acrobat Professional (9.3) for Mac. Does anyone know of a plug-in or stand-alone program that will merge spread sheet data into a fillable PDF?

You could create an XML file and import that in, or it could be programmed on a web server in Coldfusion. I've done both successfully in the past.
