Hi
I guess this has been asked 1000 times but can't find MY problem here!

I've created a form, added the submit button and set it up to send a pdf to my address, it all seems to work perfectly until I give it to my client who completes the form hits the button and nothing happens!
Help!
I don't have any idea what the problem is - can anyone help.

Thanks in advance
Paul

Paul; the first thing I would do is be sure that you have enabled extended rights when you save it. [Advanced > Enable Usage Rights....]It's hard to test a completed form by yourself when you are using Acrobat Professional; because it will let you do things that Reader won't.

The problem might also be on your users machine; his setup...but start with the Usage rights first....

Hope this helps.

Acrobat is probably the program I use most often and I'm learning more every day.

Both of these might be related to the version of Reader that is being used by the user who can't email it back. You might look into that. Perhaps they need to upgrade.
