The "mailto" function no longer works

WHen I created the form, the mailto function worked but it sent the data in XML format. I read previous posts and changed the submit button from an email to a standard and set the URL to mailto.
I can send the form via email from the machine that has Designer 7.0 installed, but if I upload the file to a web server or on anyone elses desktop, the mailto button does not work.
All users are using WinXP SP#, Outlook 2003 configured, and Acrobat reader 9.0

What is the code on your mailto button?

Ikassuba thanks for the response but this afternoon I was able to finally resolve the issue. Again reading numerous posts I tried and set the "Enable Usage" on the form.
I am using Adobe Designer 7.0 which does not allow this option. I found someone who has Adobe 9.0 and once set the usage it works both on users desktop and on our web server.
