Making collections created in Organizer available on network

Suppose I created a number of Collections via Organizer containing forms. The individual forms are available on a network, but they are organized into Collections, and each collection is used for a distinct purpose. Is there a simple way for network users to access these Collections as I've organized them, or does each workstation have to create the collections via Organizer? Thanks!

As I mentioned in your other post, collections are not designed to be multi-user, which means each user needs to create a Favorite to a network location. Alternatively you might consider locating your forms on a website for easier accessibilty.
