Making Collections created in Organizer available to other users (without combining the files)

Say I have a number of forms that are available on a network. On my own machine, I have allocated them between a few Collections in Organizer.

Is there a simple way to make the Collections available to other users, or does each workstation have to user Organizer to create the same collections locally?

(It seems easy enough to just combine the forms into a single network-accessible file, but then every modification would require re-compiling, which is what the collections utility aims to avoid.)

Thanks!!

Hi JoeB_NewYork,

Unfortunately Collections are not designed to be multi-user, which means each user needs to create a Favorite to a network location. Alternatively you might consider locating your forms on a website for easier accessibilty.
