In making a new form in acrobat x pro, I am having a problem with being able release it where others can fill it in and save it. I am getting stuck with the save as....then what? Also, I would like to secure to where they can only fill in and save it. Stuck. Please help.

Any user with the paid Adobe Acrobat product can fill in and save PDF form.

Any user with Adobe Reader can not save a PDF form unless that PDF form has the "Extended Reader Rights" applied to the PDF form. You can do this if you save a backup copy and then save another copy through the "File => Save As..." with the extended right option. After that do not edit the extended right copy or perform a save action on it.You can then upload the extended rights copy to a network drive, web site, or email it.

If you want to apply security settings to the PDF do it before enabling the extended rights.

There is more information in the anchored FAQ post.
