I am trying to add a page to a form I created from a template.
The page was created as pdf from blank. When I try to merge the files I get error xml files can not be merged. Is there a way to do this

If you are trying to spawn a page from a template on a form created in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, Designer doesn't support spawing pages or creating templates in the PDF.
If you are trying to spawn a page from a template in Acrobat and you want to use a blank page that was created in Designer, you can't insert, create page templates, spawn pages, etc. from pages created in Designer.
