Merging a fillable form

Let me try and explain the situation here. Someone at my wife's office created a fillable form using Adobe 7, and once they get it back they would like to be able to combine it with another existing PDF. That is not an option, so what they tried doing was to print it to ADOBE printer, however they get an error "This PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file. Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted." Is there any way they can save this file as a non-fillable PDF and combine it with an existing PDF. I saw something previously about using an acrobutton from Thom Parker & windjack but that did not work right, or potentially it was user error on my behalf. As an FYI, does the error message make sense to anyone on this list?

thanks a lot,

Nat

If the password security were to be removed, you could easily combine the PDF with pages from another. Is the password known?

Acrobat prevents printing a secured document to PDF, which would bypass the security by creating an unprotected PDF.

Thanks George that worked just great. Not sure why there was even PW protection as nothing was even prohibited as far as printing, editing and opening, only encryption was enabled. Anyhow, I really appreciate your help.
