Moving editable text fields with arrow keys

I want to know if there is a way to adjust how much the arrow keys move editable text fields. It seems to move them 1 point. We would like to move them even less then this so we can be more percise. Thank you in advance for your comments.

You're stuck with 1-point. Pressing Shift + Arrow moves the object 10-Points. It's either 1 or 10.
