Click on the List Box Tool button. Click and drag the cursor on the PDF to create a List Box Field. A Text Field Properties dialog box will open. Click the General tab and type a name into the Name field.
Note: This will be the name of the field when the form data is submitted.
Click the Options tab. Enter a name in the Items field. Enter an Export Value. Click the Add button. Repeat these steps for each item.
Click the Close button and test the results.

I'm the one that submitted this question. I did all that you mentioned above (prior to even asking for help), but the field still won't provide a multi-line answer. I stretched the box to accomodate multi-line, but it just shows all three answers. Very frustrating! Do you have a new idea?
