Multi-Line Question

I am making a pdf form of an incident report in Acrobat Professional CS3.

One of the questions needs a multi-line answer, which is not the problem. The problem is that they have the answer starting right after the question, but the other lines and flush left below the question, like such:

1. What was occuring when the incident took place? ___________________
_______________________________________________________________

Do I need to have 2 text fields, thus making the user tab to the second line when reaching the end of the first line? Or is there a better way of doing this that I don't know of, such as being able to do a multi-line text field with an indent on the top line?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Instead of placing two lines... Just put a rectangle big enough to hold about 4 lines "below" the question, then set it to multiline, font size "auto". That way the user will type and when the 4 lines are reached, the text will get smaller and will never run out of space.

Hope that helps.
