Multiple fields for each layer. Can I turn them off easily?

Hi.
I am using Acrobat 9 Pro, Mac to create an interactive form using layers. My form is programed to turn off/on different layers depending on the specifics entered. Here is where my problem comes in to play. There are a lot of different fields for each layer being used. So many, that it is becoming confusing when I show/hide fields for each individual layer...the list becomes long.

Is there a way to easily turn these fields on/off depending on which layer is being used without having to click hide/show for each field on the page? Or is this my only option.

Your help would be appreciated.
thanks!

You can't change the visibility of fields on the specific layers, as each field is attached to that specific layer you put it on, so if you have 10 fields for 1 layer, and 20 fields for another layer, the fields are shown / hidden when you show / hide the layers.

Also, if you're trying to attach fields to certain layers, which is what I'm assuming you're trying to do, you can't do that in just Acro Pro. You'll have to use InDesign. Using Acro Pro only creates fields for all layers, not layer specific fields.

Okay. Looks like i need to do it the long way, as my fields are radial and text fields and InDesign does not have the option to create them in there.

Thanks for your input! :)
thanks.
