I would like to be able to fill in data for one form (name, address etc) and have it also fill in the same fields in another completly different form. Is there a way to do that in Acrobat? Is this possible or am I dreaming of another simpler world.
Have a look at the sample forms provided with the full version of Acrobat. You want to look at the "PFN", Personal Field Name, folder. Your users will have to fill-in a source form and export the data as FDF or XFDF, they can then import the saved data file and it will populate form fields that have the same name as the source form.
