Hi,
I have three seperate forms that contain much of the same information, at least 25 fields. How can I merge all three forms into a single document or file, and enter the information only one time, yet have all three forms to be filled in?

Acrobat Pro 9.2, Windows

You need to make sure the form fields have the same names. Then they will also have the same data.
