My form locks out for reader users after a standard or professional users digitally sign the form.

Any thoughts?

Acrobat Pro Extended 9.1.1, Windows

if the signer emails the form to a reader user, that user is unable to sign it.

If the user with Acrobat saves a PDF with Extended Reader Form Rights enabled, the extended rights are removed.

is there a way to prevent this or alert someone with a popup if they open it with professional. does the form behave this way if a 9.1.1 pro extended user signs and then sends to a reader 9.1 user?
