Need help making field visible / invisible

I'm a novice just starting to use forms. On the form I'm making I have a combo box with a simple yes and no option. I need a text field to only be visable if the user chooses no. Help is greatly appreciated.

Here are a couple tutorials from the Learning Center you should read. Make sure to also download the sample files because all there is a lot fo example code in them for you to examine to see how it's done.
