I am running Acrobat 9 and am very new to using the 'crate form' features. I just added a bunch of check boxes to a form. However, if you click to check any of the boxes, all of the other boxes automatically get checked as well. What am I doing wrong?

If you want check boxes to act completely independently from one another, give each check box a unique name and whatever export value you want.

If you want a group of check boxes to form a mutually exclusive group, so that only one in the group can be selected at a time, give each check box in the group the same name but unique export value.
