Not able to distribute forms

I'm trying to create two different surveys to be distributed via email. The forms are built, all the fields are functional, but when I click on the "Distribute Forms" button, nothing happens. It won't let me distribute, but last week when I did some test surveys, I was able to.

Please help!!

I am having the same darn issue. The funny thing is this:

The Acrobat 9 Pro version we have when installed the DISTRIBUTE FORM function doesn't work. It opens up the window prompt for it and when I click NEXT nothing happens.

So what I did was download the TRIAL ACROBAT 9 Pro from adobe.com and the distribute form works great.

Why isn't it working with our Acrobat 9 Pro and it work with the trial version download Acrobat 9 Pro?

Please help.

Acrobat 9 Pro, Fill In Forms I need to send out won't distribute. When I go to distribute forms and then add email addresses and click distribute, a window pops up that says something "verifying email addresses" and that window goes away and the window where I added the email addresses is still there and there is no distribution. Could this be a Thunderbird Problem? Do no want to mess around with express anymore. Will just try the trial download trick. Have emailed Adobe about this problem but no response. We need a fix for this!! :mad:

It sounds as though the version of Acrobat that you use internally has had the Distribute functionality disabled. Have you checked with your IT department to see if this is the case?

Also, make sure that you have Thunderbird set as your default mail application.
