Open another document based on info entered on main form.

Howdy!
 
Here is the scenario:
 
Person is entering data on Form A. If that person 'checks' a certain box on Form A, it triggers the opening of Form B. There would be some information on Form A that would be copied to Form B in addition to other fields that would have to be filled out. Form B would then become part of Form A.
 
At the very least, I would like to be able to automatically open Form B when the correct box is checked as a prompt to remind person working with Form A that it needs to be filled out as well.
 
I am currently using AA 9 Standard, but have access to demo version of Livecycle.

Read about the app.openDoc() method in the reference files.
Pay extra attention to the fact that the other file needs to be disclosed.
