opening a form in Adobe Reader 7.0 or 8.0, the form fields not visible

Hi,

I am trying to open a form that I've filled out last year using eCopy Desktop and I was able to create the PDF file without no problems. I was able to open the file in Adobe Reader 7.0 or 8.0 and eCopy Desktop after it was created without any issues.

A few days ago, I've tried to open the document in Adobe Reader 7.0, 8.0 or even eCopy Desktop and I can't see the form being filled. It is empty. The file size is big compared with the form blank and I know the information is there.

I've downloaded Foxit Reader, and the file opened up fine without any problems. When opening in Foxit Reader I have the following message: "
the pdf form requires a newer version of Adobe reader. without a newer version, the form may be displayed but it might not work properly. Some form elements might not be visible at all" Hit OK and the file open up fine and the fields are displayed.

Have you seen this problem??

Thanks,
Yadira

My Product Information:
Reader 8.1.2, Windows

Found new things:
Adobe 7.0, 8.0, or 9.0 will display the form fields empty.
Adobe 6.0 will display the forms fine.. Not issues
