I am a volunteer in a non profit educational organization. We have multiple forms that we need to be able to export the data into Excel & hopefully from there into an Access database.

Is there an easy way to organize the data that has been exported so that it is useful? Is there a way to keep information from a single row in a table on the original pdf intact? The information usually includes student last name, first name, grade and teacher.

Is there a way to select information from a particular section of a form and export only that data?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

Use the built-in forms distribution/collection mechanism. After building the form, select "Distribute Form" from the Advanced menu. This action enables the form and puts it into the system. It doesn't really matter if you actually distribute the form. The important thing is that everytime it's filled out it's saved or submitted, then imported into the collection. Acrobat can then export the entire data set to Excel or something else. You can find out more about distributing forms from tutorials on this site
