Hello,

I am trying to make a form that has several text fields where several pages of data might be typed. I would like to have the ability to either print out the form with the overflow text showing or somehow put the data into a word document. We want everything to still be readable.

Is this possible?

Sounds like you might be able to take advantage of Livecycle Designer's dynamic form capability. There are a lot of things to consider before creating dynamic forms so I would suggest reading Carl Young's article on this at:

So, I can not use acrobat to insert new pages when there is overflow text?

What about printing from acrobat, is there not a way to print all of the text in a field that is overflowing?

In Acrobat the form fields are a fixed size. You can create a multi-line text field but it won't automatically flow onto a second page. Also, if you fill text in beyond the fixed field size, you'll see a + sign at the bottom right corner of the field, which also means all your field information won't be viewable when you print. Designer forms on the other hand dynamically expand and can produce new pages.
