Overwritten Fields / Duplicated Field Content

Hi,
I have created a form using the Form Wizard in Adobe Pro 9. I have edited some text fields within the form, but I have encountered a problem when I have tested the completed form.

When I complete entering text into some fields that I have edited, the text seems to duplicate and overwrite the text that I have written.

For example, if I change the alignment of the text from centre to right, any text that I enter into the field will be displayed in the centre and the right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem, I'm entering data and then move to the next field and the data is duplicated in all the fields. How do I turnthis off??

It might be because your fields have the same name
