Pantone Colors and Text Fields

Is there a way to apply a PMS color to the text field or import a Pantone Library into Acrobat? The only color selections I have are the Apple Palette.

No but you can use Javascript to add color to form fields using RGB, CMYK, or grayscale. Thom Parker has an example on how to do this in the Javascript corner at:
