Hello.

I'm not sure this is the correct place to expose my problem ...

The following link is a on-line .pdf form from brazilian health authority in São Paulo State:
http://portal.saude.sp.gov.br/resources/geral/acoes_da_sessp/assistencia_farmaceutica/lme_ministerio.pdf

We must click in each field and fill in relevant informations (names, dates, drugs, health condition etc). After filling in & printing, this form is submited to above authority, which will then provide the requested drugs free of charge. Here we are talking about expensive drugs & very nasty diseases ...

This filling, printing and submiting must be repeated every month. But the "genius" who designed this .pdf file did something which blocks saving the file while keeping the filled-in informations. Very nasty indeed, we poor suffers must fill in the same informations every month ... I take this as an extra endurance test.

Will somebody guess what is hapenning here ?

Still better, is there a clever way to circunvent this inconvenient ? To let save this .pdf file not throwing overboard such informations, allowing them to be eventually edited next month ?

I'm open to solutions which would eventually ask using other softwares along its intermediate steps.

Thank you very much for your attention, and my best regards.

In order to be able to save the filled-in file, its creator must explicitly allow that by extending it the Reader Rights in Acrobat. There's nothing you as a user can do about it.

Hello Try67, thank you for answering me.

I guess I found a simple way to solve my problem.

This handy software PDF-XCHANGE VIEWER opens the quoted pdf file, allows filling-in and printing, and saves the file while keeping all the filled-in informations.

The saved file can be reopened later and informations reedited at will.

A free version is available in http://www.tracker-software.com/product/downloads

My best resgards.
