PDF form from InDesign Template

I hope this is the right place to post this message. Let me know if it isn't.
I have a template in InDesign which I use to place an image and then create a pdf from there. Part of the template that is the same for each pdf are some areas with check boxes and some other areas to write in information. I would like it if every time I made the pdf those common areas were fillable. Since we make between 20-30 pdfs from this template I do not want to have to take each one and use the forms tools etc. to make them fillable. Is there some way to streamline this process? Either in Acrobat or Indesign when making the pdf?
Hope this make sense!

Acrobat Pro 8.1.2, Windows

Depending on your choice of AcroForms or LiveCycle Forms - you could create a field set and simply duplicate or drop those onto your created pdfs. If your field area is the same size and placement, this should be easy.

With Acorbat, one can just replace pages and not lose the form fields or underlying JavaScirpt.

Thanks Tabi. I am not sure what a "field set" is or have to create one but this sounds it might be almost like having a template of fields that I can available to add to the pdfs I create. I will have to look into it.
The fields would be the same for all of the pdfs I create for this project.
I think it would be easier to just use the Acrobat form tools not Live Cycle. Is there a benefit of one over the other?
