I have SDK downloaded for acrobat 7.0. How can we create APIs or plugins for acrobat using that? Do we need to have any other applications to do that?

Acrobat Pro 7.0.9, Windows

How about you read "plugin_apps_developer_guide.pdf" in the Documentation/Plugins folder.
