Populate PDF forms from Excel

We have a PDF form that our bankers have sent to us. We need to fill the form 100 times every month, with different information. We have all the information in an excel sheet. We have to simply copy-paste into the PDF form, save it and give it to them. Is there a way by which I can create copies of the form by automatically importing data from excel? If the excel has 100 rows, then 100 forms will get created with that data in each field.

Hi Sharad,

You don't say if your form is a LiveCycle Designer PDF form or an AcroForm (created with the form tool in Acrobat). In either case, Yes you can make a data connection from Excel to your PDF form but the technique is different for the two different forms technologies ( LCD VS AcroForm) Here is a short article that covers the idea in general for AcroForms and Excel-

There is an on-demand e-seminar here at AUC that goes over how to connect a LiveCycle Designer PDF form to a database-
