Hi my name is Calvin and I am really really new to this whole Adobe Acrobat thing. I purchased Acrobat 9 Standard. This might be hard to make a long story short...hum... Let me tell you what I did and maybe that might help in solving my problem. I created a form in AAS9 using a preexisting MS Word Document. No problem there. I distributed it. Again works really neat. At the time I was unfamiliar with Acrobat.com. But I ended up there via AAS9's distribution proccess. Again no problem and a really neat site. I tested the form by filling it out and submitting it. No problems. After a bunch of testing I deleted the file off of Acrobat.com which was in itself a test since I just wanted to try a delete and my test file was the only file I had on there. Then I found the "Tracker" option in AAS9. And in that tracker I see the test file name Which was "FillTest.doc_response". So I try to test the stop collecting data function and bam ba da BOOM! I get all kinds of error messages such as: "Could not remove the work space https://share.acrobat.com #######(some numbers)" and "Acrobat could not remove the data collection work flow from the form "FillTest.doc_distributed.pdf". So I figure all I need to do is put the file back on Acrobat.com....NOT... I don't know what to do and am a bit concerned on continuing with real distributions of my forms until this little kink is worked out. Any ideas as to what I did and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Calvin De Beverly

Sounds like things just got a little out of sync since you deleted the file off Acrobat.com instead of within the Tracker. Just try deleting the file in Tracker (trash can at the bottom). Next time you can use the Tracker to stop or delete the form distribution.

I have same error "Could not remove the work space https://share.acrobat.com..." having deleted the file from acrobat.com. I tried to delete, including dropping files in trash (no response, moves as X and trash is active, but does not work. In future will use Tracker to delete files.
