Possible to create a fillable PDF to print on a preprinted Template ??

I have a situation where I would like to be able to convert an existing paper form I have to a digitally fillable PDF. The issue that I haven't yet been able to sort out is if there is anyway to only print the data in the "Fillable" fields so I am able load a blank preprinted form in the printer to be filled out with what I have entered on my computer.

Is this possible with Acrobat ?

Yes, it's possible. In the print dialog select the option "Form fields only" under "Comments and forms", and only the filled-in data will be printed.
