How to print the all the text from the multi-line text box? It will let me add more lines then the text box size(it adds "+" in the right hand corner) but when I print it prints whatever is displayed on the screen.

You can't have your cake and eat it too! Under the "Options" tab in the field properties, uncheck "Scroll long text". This prevents the user from entering more text than will fit in the field.

Or you can create a form in livecycle with fields wrapped in subforms set to flowed and then expand to fit.

which is FUN

also this thread is a year old. but I'm bored.

So the trick doing an expand to fit field is that you want to wrap everything into subforms. everything above you expanding field gets its own subform, and everything below gets its own subform, and the field itsself gets its own subform. Then you need to set the subform with our expanding field to "flow." Then the document needs to be saved as a dynamic form. Like I said, fun.

The version of livecycle that comes with 8 Pro has 3 tutorials in it, the third one has a walkthrough on how to do this for a table that auto-populates data.
