Printing all combo box items

I am using Acrobat 8.0 Pro to create a questionnaire with several combo box form fields, as well as text fields and check box sets. For review of a hard copy draft, is there a way to print all the options in each combo box? (In effect, to print the dropdown menus for all the combo box form fields that I've set up?)

Unfortunately, only the default selection can be printed when printing Combo Boxes.
