Printing field names

I would like to be able to print the names of my fillable fields. Is this possible?

The reason is that I'm using my form as a repeating field form, i.e. fill in one field on p.1 and it repeats where necessary on subsequent pages, in order to save typing for the form recipient. I would like to print the field names, so I can use that as a "blue print" to see where I have repeating fields i.e. fields with the same name. It would also be nice to print any calculations I have behind my form fields.

Warning: I don't know how to do Javascript, but I'm willing to learn with very detailed instructions.

You can cut and paste the code to the JavaScript console in Acrobat and then highlight all of the code and then use the "Ctrl" + "Numeric Key Pad Enter" key to execute the code.
